*TUN M tried to remains himself relevant in the Malaysian political arena*

After the PKR Special Congress a week ago, TUN Mahathir's attack on PM Anwar became more serious. Almost every day Tun M issued a statement scolding/objecting to Anwar. Among them; It is not wrong to topple Anwar if he does not govern well. Malay people are poor after I resigned. I have never been greeted by low-ranking officials when I went abroad (Anwar failed to meet King Salman/Saudi Arabia) and most recently TUN M sent a demand letter to the LOD asking Anwar to retract the "rogue" allegations - as said at the PKR Special Congress last week. Otherwise Anwar will be sued within 7 days.

All this was done by TUN M so that he remains relevant in the Malaysian political arena. It will be difficult for Tun M to win the suit, because Anwar's statement is in general - aimed at all politicians who enrich their families and cronies while holding high positions in the government. But what felt was Tun M. Today the leader of the opposition - Hamzah Zainuddin, president of PPBM and President of PAS failed to attend a special question and answer session with the Prime Minister in parliament. But in the absence of the PM they screamed in parliament. Today the PM confirmed that government parliamentarians were also investigated by the MACC and the PM explained that he had no problem with the appointment of the MACC chief commissioner appointed by parliament. All these reforms were carried out by Anwar to improve the administration of the country.

But the opposition chose the issue of Anwar's failure to meet the King of Saudi Arabia - King Salman Abdul Aziz. For the opposition this issue is important to be their campaign material in the elections in the next 6 states. Anwar will be portrayed as not well received by the Arab world. But according to Iswardy- there may be a communication problem. But there is no reason why Anwar cannot visit Saudi Arabia again and meet the country's ruler. To get an official answer from the government, the opposition should submit related questions directly to Anwar. The opposition failed and during the government they also failed.

Izdham Zainal, Head of Policy Bureaus of MUDA Sarawak

*Illegal logging is rampant, Roads are built by logging companies, Shows GPS incompetence*

Without logging roads constructed by logging companies, it would take days or even weeks to travel to the villages of Ulu Baram, Telang Usan Assembleman Dennis Ngau said it again in the media.

Izdham said that the government should be responsible for basic equipment such as water, electricity, and roads. It is shameful and irresponsible to use logging companies to build roads and exchange conditions with rural indigenous.

He said that the construction of roads in Kapit has only recently started, and this is after the local logging has ended. However, the GPS government has been in charge of Sarawak for decades, but only built roads at this time, which can only show its incompetence.

Illegal logging is not new, from before to now. Especially logging activities without the consent of the community

The government should publicly distribute the guidelines for logging licenses, so that people know the conditions under which the government allows logging companies to log in indigenous communities.

He said that often the community does not know that the logging company will enter the logging, nor do they know the scope of the logging company's logging.

MUDA requires the Sarawak State Government to strictly investigate and deal with corrupt officials involved in logging, and to stop logging activities in the forest.

    Mr. David from Tinjar

*GPS spend RM 23 Million for waterfront, what about road and others infrastructer*

Mr Davis is disappointed with the plan of their representative Marudi Datu Dr Penguang assemblyman because he wants to build the Marudi Waterfront which is worth RM23 million. Since Penguang has been their representative for several terms, the YB has not brought much development to his area.

DUN Marudi, especially the Tinjar area, is still struggling with bad roads, no clean water supply and communication coverage is also very bad. Clinics and Schools are still poor. Why did the GPS government not use the RM23 million to manage the infrastructure. What's the point of the waterfront if the people don't enjoy progress.

RFS tried to called Dr Penguang to feedback the RFS listener’s comment, but cant reach him

Bob Monalan, Senator of Orang Asli

*137 Orang Asli seek court order to quash Islam status*

137 Orang Asli from the Bateq Mayah ethnic group in Pahang, have turned to the civil court to nullify their Islamic status following an alleged unlawful mass conversion 30 years ago.

137 Orang Asli being islamized actually this is old issue.

They were forced or manipolated to be islamized without their knowledeged. There were certain people came to their village and joted their name and took their ICs for the purposed of giving some aïd and etc and finally they were being converted to islam.

This matter happened long time ago. And undenialble JAKOA or the director was involved. We can look for articles written by COAC. The statement by former director of JAKOA. They were aimed to islamize Orang Asli as many as possible. Not really sure what was their motive.  And today the is being revealed.

Bob Monalan believe there are similar cases in other states.

Especially those given housing offer, and when near to raya. This issue is still going on till to this day.
