[BERITA UTAMA]

Iswardy morni, activist lawyer from Sarawak - If UMNO is stable, the unity government will be stable
The UMNO's perspective cannot be divided at present because it has to face state elections and the weak situation in the government. So the party election in May will be key.
The recent London move or other incidents that seem to affect the government are all meaningless. But if it is really affected, it should be Zahid's case. Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi’s defence trial for criminal breach of trust, corruption and money laundering involving Yayasan Akalbudi funds has been rescheduled to resume on April 10.
There are two situations, first, Anwar's interference, causing public resentment, and second, changing the deputy prime minister, which will cause political instability in the country and consequently economic instability.
The best-case scenario is for Anwar to stand aside and let the case run its course.
