[TOP STORY] Sabah state Cabinet reshuffle but unstable
Sabah has so far had 16 chief ministers and now there is another political crisis in Sabah. The reason is because of politicians who are greedy for power, money and position. This time the problem was caused by the heritage party and UMNO/BN Sabah. So far Sabah Chief Minister Hajiji remains in power with the support of 44 out of 79 members of the state legislative assembly. Sabah should not hold elections too often because it will cause inefficiency of government administration and waste of money. Sabah needs mature, responsible and honest politicians. The entire leadership in Sabah should focus on the prime minister's call for the immediate implementation of MA63. The political situation in Sabah is still uncertain even though Hajiji reshuffled the cabinet today. But it does not depict a unity government as proposed by the prime minister. Parti Warisan's representative is not in the Sabah cabinet and Bung Mokthar was dropped from his position in the state cabinet. For the record, Sabah is one of the states that has not enforced the anti-party jumping law
